HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

Its been a while. I’ve been computerless for a few days now because the charger for my laptop went dead again. Not sure when I will get that taken care of this time. Finals went pretty well. I only have one grade back thus far. Hoping the rest will boost my GPA even higher. I’m the only one in the apartment since all the other girls went home for the break already. Felt nice being able to walk around naked withouthing wondering who was gonna walk in on me. I go home tonight after I get off of work here.

Its Christmas even. Doesn’t feel like it. Maybe when I get home to the fam it will. I just want to relax. There’s always some sort of drama that hits the fan around this time of year between Christmas and New Years. Wonder what it will be this year.

I’m spending New Year’s in NYC. That should be nice. Mike O. and some of our friends from high school are flying in from Houston on the 28th. I’ll probably meet them on the 30th. The plan is for me to see Noah (name censored) up there as well, but we’ll see how that goes.

Noah… don’t know about that one. We’ll what happens when he gets here.

New Years Resolution: Watch my tongue. Speak wisely and not as a fool. No gossiping. No more cursing. No hating. haha. “We not here to hate.”

Today started out overwhelmingly stressful. So much on my plate. So much on my mind. Got a lot accomplished though.

Lord let your will be done.

My mother finally convinced me to take my tongue ring out. Scare tactics rarely work on me, but she was successful. It shall be missed.

Left overs for days!

I live for leftovers. So you can imagine why thanksgiving is my absolute favorite holiday. Ughhhh my cousins greens this year? PERFECT! I stocked up on more of that than anything else.

Thanksgiving was great. Fun with fam. Movies. Pictionary. (Real) Good times.

Missing someone. But its definitely not mutual. So we’re gonna focus on other things. Like school. Finals in a few weeks. Gotta stay focused. and I will. Yes!

I digress..

Thanksgiving was great. Miss my fam already. Bout to go grub on some leftovers.

My President is Black!

I’ve been meaning to start this thing for a while but never got around to it. I was really motivated to create one on November 5th, 2008 after our first black president was elected, yet still did not get around to it. Now that I have one, I feel the need to reiterate the fact that not only is my president black but he is also AFRICAN! Ok.

That is all.
